Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Vortisk Gym Manager (“Vortisk”, “the app”), a gym-management application installed inside your CRM. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing or using the app you confirm you are authorised to act for your gym and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Vortisk provides member management, check-in tracking, class scheduling, retention alerts, billing tools, automated membership assignment from your CRM payments, and related features that sync with your CRM account. Features available depend on your plan (Free or Pro).

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for activity under your account, for keeping your CRM access secure, and for the accuracy of the member data you manage. You must not share access with unauthorised parties.

4. Subscription & Billing

The Free plan is offered at no cost. Paid (Pro) plans are billed through the App Marketplace on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access to Pro features ends at the close of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app — including attempting to breach security, reverse-engineer the service, send unlawful content, or use it to store data you have no right to process. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Data Ownership

You own your gym and member data. We claim no ownership over it and use it only to operate the service as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export or delete your data at any time.

7. Termination

You may stop using the app and uninstall it from CRM at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for non-payment. On termination, data is handled per our retention policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vortisk is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or revenue arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
